Designed and styled entirely in-house, this bespoke lehenga set is crafted in a warm, earthy rust, with the same design language carried across both the mother’s and daughter’s ensembles for a cohesive, coordinated look. Both pieces are built on a double-layered fabric construction — a woven, self-textured ground layer beneath, with a flowing, gathered peplum-style kurta set over a separate flared skirt, creating volume and movement without compromising on structure.
The neckline on both kurtas is detailed with Zari embroidery, outlining a floral motif in gold thread and finished with pearls and cut dana along the edge. From the empire waistline, delicate hanging bead strands cascade down the length of the kurta in vertical lines, each one finished with a small floral embroidered motif, adding gentle movement and rhythm to the silhouette. At the hemline, this embroidery builds into a fuller, more elaborate floral and paisley motif, worked densely in gold Zari, sequins, and cut dana, forming a striking cluster along each panel of the gathered skirt.
The underlying skirt layer continues in the same rust tone, finished with a woven floral border in self-gold along the hem, allowing the embroidered overlay above to remain the clear focal point. The dupatta is finished with a wide woven floral border in gold, framed with a delicate hanging pearl trim along its edge, with the same florals continuing subtly across its body — tying the entire look together with quiet richness rather than overt embellishment.
Every stage of this set — the design, styling, and embroidery — is conceived and executed entirely in-house, with the Zari work, beads, sequins, and cut dana worked by hand to bring the design to life exactly as envisioned.
Built entirely to how it is meant to be worn, this bespoke set is created for the moments that call for exactly that — a shared, matching celebration between mother and daughter.
