1. Order Processing

  • Since most of our products are handmade and made-to-order, processing time may vary between 7–21 working days, depending on the design and customization.

  • Ready-to-ship products are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days.

  • You will receive an email/SMS confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.


2. Shipping Methods & Charges

  • We ship across India and to select international locations.

  • Domestic orders are shipped via trusted courier partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, or similar services.

  • International orders are shipped through DHL, FedEx, or Aramex.

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.


3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Domestic Shipping (India): 5–10 business days after dispatch.

  • International Shipping: 10–20 business days after dispatch, depending on customs and destination country.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen delays such as strikes, natural calamities, or courier partner issues.


4. Customs & Duties (For International Orders)

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Satya Exclusives has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.


5. Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and pin code are accurate when placing the order.

  • We will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.


6. Delays

  • While we always strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to high demand, festive seasons, or unforeseen logistics challenges.

  • In such cases, our team will keep you informed.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery attempt at info@satyaexclusives.com with your order details and images.

  • We will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue promptly.
