Custom & Made-to-Order Outfits: As these pieces are specially designed for you, we do not accept returns on custom or personalized orders.
Ready-to-Wear Outfits & Accessories: Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging.
To request a return, please email us at info@satyaexclusives.com with your order details and reason for return.
Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item passes our quality check.
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Shipping charges, customization fees, and taxes are non-refundable.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size/design is unavailable, we can offer store credit instead.
