At Satya Exclusives, every outfit is created with great care, precision, and attention to detail. Since most of our designs are custom-made and handcrafted, we follow a transparent return and refund policy:

✅ Returns

  • Custom & Made-to-Order Outfits: As these pieces are specially designed for you, we do not accept returns on custom or personalized orders.

  • Ready-to-Wear Outfits & Accessories: Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging.

  • To request a return, please email us at info@satyaexclusives.com with your order details and reason for return.

✅ Refunds

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item passes our quality check.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  • Shipping charges, customization fees, and taxes are non-refundable.

✅ Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size/design is unavailable, we can offer store credit instead.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or made-to-measure outfits

  • Items purchased on sale or with promotional discounts

  • Worn, damaged, or altered garments

📦 Damaged or Wrong Product

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
